TENSE MDK-03 single-phase submersible pump controller, 150-270 V AC, 30 A

Product description

The TENSE MDK-03 control unit is designed for the protection and control of single-phase submersible pumps up to 4 kW.
It provides protection against:

  • overvoltage and undervoltage

  • overcurrent and pump overload

  • lack of water in a well or bore

Built-in functions provide tank level monitoring, time delay settings, start interval control, and remote pump on/off capability.

  • Microprocessor control with LED display of voltage, current and electrode status.

  • Protection functions: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, water level control.

  • Adjustable operating parameters: P1-P12 (e.g., voltage, current, reaction delay, start intervals, number of auto-resets, upper sensor delay).

  • Operating modes: START / STOP

  • Memory of the last device status before shutdown

  • Indication of electrode immersion in water (upper - red display, lower - yellow display)

Important notes

  • Electrodes/water level sensors are not included - they must be ordered separately.

  • The controller must be connected according to the manufacturer's diagram.

  • The fluid must not be flammable or explosive.

  • Installation temperature must be > 0 °C

  • The pump must be grounded

  • For the device to function correctly, it is necessary to properly connect the inputs of the level relay and the remote switch.
