  3. Time for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or item, if the purchase contract concerns several items of goods from one order, or the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the email address info@pelek.eu or telephone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (for example, an email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. A return label is generally available in your user account at pelek.lv.   4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refunds. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.
  4. Cost of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are the customer's responsibility. If the value of the returned goods exceeds EUR 40 excluding postage (i.e., from EUR 40.01), we will cover the direct return costs. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary mail.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to become familiar with their nature and properties. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will set off our claim for compensation against the purchase price you request to have refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, evaluate the goods, and determine the appropriate reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the email address provided.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Section 3.6 of the VOP.
