Product Description:
The FKV-03N is a three-phase control relay designed to protect electric motors from incorrect phase sequence, phase loss, and excessive asymmetry. This relay does not include neutral conductor control, and the asymmetry is fixed at 40%.

This relay is ideally suited for industrial applications where fast and reliable motor protection is required against damage caused by incorrect connections or voltage fluctuations.

Operating Algorithm

1. Normal Operation:

   • All three phases are present.

   • Phase sequence is correct.

   • Voltage asymmetry is within tolerance ≤ 40%.

   • The relay is in working state - contacts 2-3 are closed, PWR and RLY indicators are on.

2. Faulty State:

   • If the voltage of any phase exceeds the permissible limits or the phase sequence is incorrect:

     • Contacts 2-3 disconnect,

     • contacts 1-2 connect,

     • RLY indicator turns off.

3. Return to Normal State:

   • When the correct voltage and phase sequence are restored, the relay automatically switches back to its working state.
