Three-phase relays for voltage control - GKM-02F (TENSE)
Overvoltage/undervoltage monitoring - phase sequence control - neutral presence check - 5 A output - 140-300 VAC
The TENSE three-phase monitoring relay GKM-02F is designed to protect three-phase loads against dangerous deviations in the power supply network. The device monitors undervoltage, overvoltage, phase loss, incorrect phase sequence, and neutral conductor fault.
If a fault is detected, the relay immediately disconnects the output contact, protecting the connected equipment.
Main functions
-
Overvoltage (HV) monitoring:
- reacts to exceeding the set level in any phase
- setting range: 230-300 VAC. -
Undervoltage monitoring (LV):
- reacts to voltage drop in any phase
- setting range: 140-210 VAC. -
Adjustable reaction time (DT):
- delayed reaction to fault condition
- range: 0.1 s - 20 s -
Automatic reset - return time (RT):
- switch-on delay after voltage normalization
- range: 0.1 s - 20 s -
Phase sequence and phase presence monitoring
- protection against incorrect phase sequence
- phase fault detection -
Neutral conductor (N) presence monitoring
- protection against loss of N conductor in the network
- disconnection if supply voltage drops below 88 V AC -
Hysteresis 3 %
- limits unwanted rapid switching during voltage fluctuations. -
Optical signaling
- LED indicators for status and fault type indication. -
Compact design, DIN rail mounting
-
Output contact:
- NO + NC, dry contact
- 5 A load
Applications
The relay is designed to protect devices such as:
-
three-phase motors
-
compressors
-
pumps
-
air conditioning units
-
general industrial and household loads
Protects against:
-
overvoltage
-
undervoltage
-
phase faults
-
incorrect phase sequence
-
loss of neutral conductor
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The relay DOES NOT REGULATE voltage!
It is only used to disconnect the load during dangerous conditions in the network, not to stabilize or compensate the voltage.
