Digital Microprocessor Temperature Controller for Panel Mounting, Tense
The precise PID temperature controller Tense DT-36EM is designed for stable temperature control and maintenance in industrial applications. It operates with an advanced PID algorithm, automatic tuning (Auto-tuning) function, and smart temperature fluctuation prevention. The dual LED display simultaneously shows both the set (SET) and actual (PROCESS) values. The main advantage is the semiconductor SSR output, which provides fast and silent heating element activation without mechanical wear. Installation is done in a 36×72 mm panel cutout, and connection is facilitated by removable plug-in connectors.

Control: selectable P, PI, PD, PID, or ON-OFF.
PID Automatic Tuning: automatic calculation of optimal parameters for the specific system.
Compensation: automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouples and wire compensation for Pt100.
Protection: setting protection with password and data storage in EEPROM memory.
