Temperature and humidity controller HT-310 TENSE

Product description

Relays for temperature and humidity control. The humidity and temperature controller has separate outputs, hysteresis adjustment, and is designed for flush mounting. Device dimensions: 72 × 36 × 100 mm.

This controller is suitable for controlling air conditioning, heating systems, dehumidification, heating, and other processes where temperature and humidity need to be measured and controlled.

Main characteristics

  • Sensor type: NT-310 (common for temperature and humidity).

  • Temperature measurement range: -19.9 °C ... +80.0 °C; 1 °C step.

  • Humidity measurement range: 5 % ... 95 %; 1 step

  • Control principle: on-off

  • Outputs:

    • °C OUT: changeover control contact, 2A resistive load for temperature

    • %RH OUT: normally open contact, 2A resistive load for humidity control.

  • Operating modes:

    • Temperature: cooling/heating

    • Humidity: Dehumidification / humidification.

  • Hysteresis: separately adjustable for temperature and humidity.

  • ALARMS: choice between absolute, relative temperature or sensor error

  • On/off delay: for cooling mode (e.g. compressors)

  • Fixed offset: adjustable for temperature or humidity by changing the sensor cable length.

  • Password protection: security of set parameters

  • Memory: non-volatile EEPROM memory for saving settings.

  • Connection: easy disconnection/connection to the controlled device using quick connectors.

  • Power supply: 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz

Usage

The controller can be used as:

  • Hygrostat / hygrometer / moisture meter / density meter (hygrometer)

  • Thermostat / heat relay

  • Relays for measuring humidity and air temperature

Safety warning

  • When connecting the temperature sensor, observe polarity, incorrect connections can cause sensor damage or incorrect controller operation.

  • When connecting the controller to the power supply, use a 250 mA/250 V fuse and cables of appropriate cross-section.

  • Observe electrical safety regulations.

  • For signal contacts, use shielded twisted pair grounded wire. Route cables away from power lines, contactors, and electromagnetic fields.

  • Important: The device must be installed in an environment with a temperature of -20...+55 °C, otherwise the plastic housing may deform and the controller may be damaged.

The electrical equipment we supply meets high quality standards, comes with a 24-month warranty, and complies with all EU requirements.
In case of claims, returns are free of charge.
