18-step + TCR Power Factor Controller for Symmetrical/Asymmetrical Networks with 5-inch Touchscreen and RS-485 (TENSE)
Reactive power control relays are designed to reduce the reactive power (inductive and capacitive) not consumed by the load and drawn from the grid. If inductive power is drawn from the grid, it intervenes by disconnecting a capacitor with an appropriate value. If capacitive power is drawn from the grid, it intervenes by taking a shunt inductor with an appropriate value. In this way, it attempts to reduce the inductive/active and capacitive/active ratios of the system. It is designed to provide more sensible compensation in unbalanced inductive and capacitive systems with RGT-MT18 TCR steps.
