PID Panel Temperature Controller - TENSE DTZ-48

DTZ-48 is a panel temperature controller with a built-in timer, designed for precise control of thermal processes in industry, heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and building automation.

Control can be performed either in the classic ON/OFF mode or with advanced PID control with self-optimization and process value overshoot limitation.

• Temperature measurement range: from -100 °C to +1750 °C (depending on sensor type).

• Sensor type: T/C thermocouples (J, K, T, S, R) or Pt100 resistive sensor.

• Control type: P, PI, PD, PID or ON-OFF.

• Built-in timer for process control

• Automatic PID parameter tuning

• Anti-reset windup - prevents control output power increase during saturation

• Output switch-on delay in cooling mode

• Alarm output: ALARM relay (NO+NC) 250 VAC, 2A, active if value is exceeded or undershot (only on DTZ-48).

• J-type Fe-Const thermocouple (6/8 meters).

• Measurement scale: from -100 °C to +600 °C

• Cable length: 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m and 5 m.
