The DC ammeter uses indirect measurements through a shunt resistor, which is ordered separately depending on the current value. It is possible to use a shunt resistor in the range of 10A....910A, but a 60 mV shunt resistor is allowed. This means that at maximum current, the maximum measured shunt U will be 60 mV, while the measurement range is 0.3...70 mV. 70 mV must never be exceeded, as the device will be damaged. The ammeter requires a 1f 230 V AC 50/60 Hz power source with an input power of <6VA for operation.
Installation and operation description:
Enter the shunt current value for DC measurements: Press and hold the "SET" button for 1 second to enter the menu, and enter the shunt value in amperes using the "up" and "down" buttons. After entering the shunt value, press the "SET" button again. The DC current will be displayed on the screen. If the connection has changed polarity or is interrupted, "0" will appear on the screen.
