Operating Hour Meter DHM-DIN - DIN rail mounting
Product Description
The DHM-DIN operating hour meter is designed to measure the operating time of equipment powered by a 230 V AC mains supply. It counts the total time the equipment is connected to power - suitable for machines, pumps, fans, compressors, production lines and generally all devices for which the total operating time needs to be recorded.
When 230 V AC voltage is applied, the device automatically starts counting time. Values are shown on two displays and saved in memory even in the event of a power outage.

-
The meaning of the displays changes:
-
Lower display → hours
-
right digit of the lower display → minutes (increases by 1 every 6 minutes)
-
-
-
Power outage memory:
-

After re-powering, it continues counting from the stored value.
-
Resetting the Meter
-
DHM-48: press the RESET button for 5 s.
-
DHM-DIN: press the hidden RESET button with a non-conductive tool (e.g., an insulated screwdriver).
-
After resetting, all digits are set to 000000.
Typical Use
The meter is used for long-term monitoring of the operating time of devices that are switched on directly with the supply voltage:
-
submersible pumps
-
domestic water supply / darling
-
self-priming pumps
-
rotating machines
-
compressors
-
exhaust fans (carpentry, industry)
-
production machines and lines
-
all equipment where total operating time needs to be recorded
Suitable for maintenance intervals, maintenance planning, machine utilization control and equipment service life tracking.
