Panel Temperature Controller DT48-EM - PID and ON/OFF

Product Description:
The DT48-EM is a single-channel panel temperature controller designed for heating applications with a universal input. It is used for precise temperature control in industrial applications, light industrial equipment, food industry, ovens, and other systems requiring accurate heating control.

Inputs:

  • Pt100 resistance sensor

  • J, K, T, R, S type thermocouples (T/C)

Output:

  • SPDT relay 2A / 250 VAC for resistive load.

  • Digital output 12VDC / 20mA for SSR relay control

Dimensions:

  • Power supply: 230VAC

  • Control: PID and ON/OFF, optionally P, PI, PD

  • Automatic PID adjustment: self-optimization to minimize overshoot

  • Password protection: prevents unwanted changes to settings

  • EEPROM memory: retains settings even after power loss

Note:
Although the controller can measure temperatures below -20 °C and above +55 °C, the device itself must be installed in an environment with a temperature of -20 ... +55 °C, otherwise deformation of the plastic housing and damage to the thermostat may occur.
