Panel Temperature Controller DT48-EM - PID and ON/OFF
Product Description:
The DT48-EM is a single-channel panel temperature controller designed for heating applications with a universal input. It is used for precise temperature control in industrial applications, light industrial equipment, food industry, ovens, and other systems requiring accurate heating control.
Inputs:
-
Pt100 resistance sensor
-
J, K, T, R, S type thermocouples (T/C)
Output:
-
SPDT relay 2A / 250 VAC for resistive load.
-
Digital output 12VDC / 20mA for SSR relay control
Dimensions:
-
Panel 48 × 48 × 90 mm
-
Mounting hole 46 × 46 mm
-
Power supply: 230VAC
Features and characteristics
-
Control: PID and ON/OFF, optionally P, PI, PD
-
Automatic PID adjustment: self-optimization to minimize overshoot
-
Ramp mode: continuous temperature increase at power-on
-
Anti-reset windup mode: protection against increasing control output in PID/PI mode
-
Upper and lower limits: for setting the desired SET temperature
-
Two-line display: Sv (set value) and Pv (actual value)
-
Compensation: cold junction in case of T/C, line resistance in case of Pt100
-
Linear conversion: °C/mV and °C/Ohm tables
-
Offset: value offset over the entire range
-
Password protection: prevents unwanted changes to settings
-
EEPROM memory: retains settings even after power loss
-
Easy connection: 5.08 mm plug-in terminals
Measurement ranges according to sensor type
| Range (°C) | Sensor type | Code INPt | |
|---|---|---|---|
| -100 ... 600 | TLC, J type T/C | J | |
| -100 ... 1300 | TXA, K type T/C | K | |
| -100 ... 400 | TMKn, T/C | T | type |
| 0 ... 1750 | S type T/C TPP | S | |
| 0 ... 1750 | TPP, R type T/C | R | |
| -100 ... 600 | Pt100 | Pt | |
| -99.9 ... 600.0 | Pt100 | Pt.0 |
Note:
Although the controller can measure temperatures below -20 °C and above +55 °C, the device itself must be installed in an environment with a temperature of -20 ... +55 °C, otherwise deformation of the plastic housing and damage to the thermostat may occur.
